- Cancellation fee will be charged if less than 3 days remain before the start of your arrival.

→ 50% of the price for the first night will be charged.
･ 2 days before the date of arrival
→ 70% of the price for the first night will be charged.
･ 1 day before the date of arrival
→ full price of the first night will be charged.
RULES
Our hostel is a top accommodation in which to enjoy communications among tourists.
"Yuzuriai", a spirit of give-and-take, is necessary for everyone to have a comfortable stay here.
- Check in & out

- Check-in time is from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
- Check-out time is by 11 a.m. If you stay here after that time, please use the common space on 1st floor.
- Regulations

- Children younger than 15 years old cannot stay in the dormitory. However, they may stay in other rooms if parents or guardians accompany them.
- Do not smoke in any area of inside the hostel. We have a space for smoking outside. If you smoke: the penalty for smoking inside is 10,000 yen.
- Refrain from eating and drinking alcohol in the guest room. Please use 1F Library.
※It’s not allowed to bring your own food to B1F Café＆Bar. - A person who damages equipments has to pay for it.
e.g. The loss of a room key: the penalty is 5,000 yen
