受付スペースをより見やすく、使いやすくリニューアルしました！

こんにちは、Ten to Ten Hostelです🏡
このたび、お客様により快適にお過ごしいただくため、受付スペースを整理・改善いたしました。

ご到着後のチェックイン手続きがスムーズに進められるよう、オンラインフロントデスクとセルフチェックインシステムの案内をわかりやすく配置し、説明用のインフォメーションも新たに追加。
タブレットや案内パネル、ヘッドセットの位置を見直し、必要な情報がすぐ目に入るよう工夫しました。

さらに、新たに館内MAP付きのパンフレットも作成。お部屋の場所や共有スペース、設備の位置など、館内情報がひと目でわかるようになりました。

今回の改善によって、初めてご利用いただくお客様も迷うことなく手続きを進められるだけでなく、スタッフとオンラインでスムーズにつながれる環境が整いました。
また、周辺情報や施設の使い方なども、より見やすい形でご案内しています。

We’ve Made Our Reception Area Clearer and Easier to Use

Hello from Ten to Ten Hostel 🏡
We’ve recently made some updates to our reception area to ensure a more comfortable and smooth experience for all our guests.

To make the check-in process even easier, we’ve reorganized the layout of our Online Front Desk and Self Check-In System, and added new information displays. The tablets, information panels, and headsets are now arranged so that everything you need is visible at a glance.

We’ve also created a brand-new pamphlet with a facility map, making it easy to understand all the information about our hostel at a single glance. From your room location to shared spaces and amenities, everything is clearly laid out for your convenience.

With these improvements, first-time visitors can proceed through check-in without any confusion, and it’s now even easier to connect with our staff online. We’ve also made local area information and facility guides more accessible, so you can find what you need right away.
