ご到着後は、オンラインフロントデスクとセルフチェックインシステムをご利用いただくことで、スムーズにお部屋へご案内が可能です。
受付にはタブレットやインフォメーションを配置し、初めてご利用の方でも迷わず手続きを進められるよう工夫しています。

また、館内の情報をまとめたMAP付きパンフレットもご用意。
お部屋の位置や共有スペース、設備の場所などをひと目で確認できるため、滞在中も安心してお過ごしいただけます。

さらに、オンラインでスタッフとつながれる環境も整えており、何かお困りの際にもすぐに対応できる体制です。

At Ten to Ten Hostel, we focus on creating a simple and easy check-in experience.
With our Online Front Desk and Self Check-In System, guests can complete their check-in process quickly and move to their rooms without hassle.

At the reception area, tablets and clear information displays are arranged so that everything you need is easy to understand at a glance—even for first-time visitors.

We also provide a pamphlet with a facility map, allowing you to easily find your room, shared spaces, and amenities during your stay.

In addition, our system allows you to connect with staff online anytime, so you can get support whenever you need it.

A well-designed reception flow helps reduce stress and makes your stay more comfortable from the moment you arrive.
