- Cancellation fee will be charged if less than 3 days remain before the start of your arrival.
- ･ 3 days before the date of arrival
→ 50% of the price for the first night will be charged.
･ 2 days before the date of arrival
→ 70% of the price for the first night will be charged.
･ 1 day before the date of arrival
→ full price of the first night will be charged.

A guesthouse is a location where travelers can greet and share travel moments.
Please be generous and share our common space so everyone can feel comfortable.

- Check in hours are from 16:00~22:00(4PM-10PM). From 22:00(10PM) there will be no staff in the front desk.
- Check out hours are 8:00~11:00 (AM).
- About your stay

- People under the age of 18 are not allowed to stay in the dormitory.
- It is prohibited to smoke in the facilities. There is a smoking space outdoors, please make use of it. A fine of 10,000 yen will be charged if we discover people have been smoking within the facility.
- Eating or drinking in your room is not allowed. Please use the library space (1st floor) or the café and bar (ground floor). Attention: No food bought from outside can be eaten in the coffee and bar area. (Please use the library)
- Please acknowledge extra fees may be charged for stains, key loss and etc.
Charge for key loss is 5,000yen.
