- CANCEL
- Cancellation fee will be charged if less than 3 days remain before the start of your arrival.
- ・3 days before the date of arrival
→ 50% of the price for the first night will be charged.
・2 days before the date of arrival
→ 70% of the price for the first night will be charged.
・1 day before the date of arrival
→ full price of the first night will be charged.

A guesthouse is a location where travelers can greet and share travel stories.
Please be generous and share our common space so everyone can feel comfortable.

- Check in hours are from 15:00～23:00(3PM-23PM).
- From 23:00(23PM) there will be no staff in the front desk.
- Check out hours are 8:00～11:00 (AM).

- Reception is open from 8am to 23pm.
For check out before 8am, please let us know one day before the check out. - Check out is at 11am. We have a 45 minutos of tolerance. After that hour we will charge you the penalty of $100mxn per hour.
- Smoking in the hostel is prohibited. Please use an outside smoking area. If you smoke in your room, we will charge extra $1,000mxn plus damage fixing amount.
- Eating in the room is prohibited. Please use the common space.
- We are not be responsible for any broken or misplaced belongings.
- It is prohibited invite non-guests without booking to your room. The non-guests are allowed to use the common area till 11 pm.
If you invite a non-guest to your room, we will charge you $500 MXN - When you make any damages to the facility, we will charge you the cost of the damaged object.
