- Cancellation fee will be charged if less than 3 days remain before the start of your arrival.
- ・3 days before the date of arrival
→ 50% of the price for the first night will be charged.
・2 days before the date of arrival
→ 70% of the price for the first night will be charged.
・1 day before the date of arrival
→ full price of the first night will be charged.

Please be generous and share our common space so everyone can feel comfortable.

- Check in hours are from 16:00～22:00(4PM-10PM).From 22:00(10PM) there will be no staff in the front desk.
- Check out hours are 8:00～11:00(AM)
- Early check-in before 4pm is available for 30,000 vnd. Late check-out is 50,000 vnd. (After 2pm, we will charge you for one additional night.)
- About your stay

- People under the age of 18 are not allowed to stay in the dormitory.
- It is prohibited to smoke in the facilities.
There is a smoking space outdoors, please make use of it.
A fine of 1,000,000 vnd will be charged if we discover people have been smoking within the facility. - Please acknowledge extra fees may be charged for stains, key loss etc.
Charge for key loss is 5,000yen.
